My name is Lee Smith and I created this company to bring my decades long passion for photography to the forefront. As a teen I took up photography as a hobby and never looked back. I was the photo editor of my high school yearbook, put in many years as a concert photographer and, before this, was running my own high end Home Entertainment Electronics company and proudly showing off my work.

Trying to sell my own house in a down market was difficult to say the least. After a month passed with some interest but barely a nibble, I began making my own short video walkthroughs with music and posting them on Zillow, Redfin and Instagram. The next week, the metrics tripled. The house sold soon thereafter. It’s apparently true that we live in an entertainment-based society.

For the longest time, photographs were the staple of the real estate industry. Now people need an ad, a reel, basically a cinematic representation of what’s being sold. So that’s why our speciality is creating these short, music accompanied walkthrough videos and making them affordable.

Home, car, boat and camper sales all perform better with videos over simple stagnant photos. People in this day and age simply need an ad or music video to make it happen sooner. Let us work with you to highlight the positives and help eliminate the friction of doing business.
